This department is headed by partner Roberta Ferrari, who, as a member of the Law Society's Children Panel, handles public child care matters. Together with Partner Solicitor / Mediator Siân Hopkin, she specialises in resolving the financial consequences of complex divorce cases and is a recognised specialist in this field, having been accredited as such by the Solicitors Family Law Association. Solicitor Jay Oberoi, also an accredited family specialist, completes the team.

The criminal side is led by Solicitor Advocate Partner John Weatherall, who also specialises in family work, being a member of the Law Society's Children Panel.
