This department is headed by partner Roberta Ferrari, who, as a member of the Law Society's Children Panel, handles public child care matters. Together with Partner Solicitor / Mediator Siân Hopkin, she specialises in resolving the financial consequences of complex divorce cases and is a recognised specialist in this field, having been accredited as such by the Solicitors Family Law Association. Solicitor Advocate Partner John Weatherall also specialises in family work, being a member of the Law Society's Children Panel.
