This department is headed by Senior Partner Glyn Evans, who has acted for clients in licensing, commercial and employment matters in the Weston-super-Mare area since 1981.

Glyn works with Partner Stephen Soper, who specialises in business sales and landlord and tenant matters and Tim Hannah who deals with commercial property matters and also has an interest in leasehold enfranchisement and right to manage leasehold flats cases. Gill Moore, Solicitor, completes the team leading the residential conveyancing arm of the department.
