A Creditor may wish to consider bankruptcy as an option when an individual fails to pay a debt of more than £750, and where the debt is unsecured. A Bankruptcy Petition can be presented either by a creditor or by a supervisor in an individual voluntary arrangement where the individual has not complied with the terms of the arrangement.
